The impact of perceived organizational support on knowledge sharing: A meditation analysis through an SEM approach

چکیده
Mobile cellular providers need to continuously upgrade their human resources capability cope with market demand. In a high technology organization, knowledge is crucial beating the competition. To accelerate dissemination, organizations can optimize employees share experience and others. This study examines role of organizational support affective commitment in enhancing knowledge-sharing willingness. We used questionnaire collect data from companies Jakarta, Indonesia, receiving 237 useable responses. The reveals that if perceive organization provides adequate support, they become more willing Adequate also increases emotional commitment, which end proves valuable drive willingness share. Thus, plays mediating relationship between perceived sharing. These findings provide new insight into how enhance spirit sharing employees.
